Pauma Farm Vendor Policies By signing the vendor application for the 5K at Pauma Farm, you agree to abide by the following Pauma Farm Vendor Policies. These policies are in place to ensure a safe, organized, and successful event for all participants. 1. Vendor Setup & Breakdown Vendor setup begins at 6:30 AM on April 26, 2025, and must be completed by 7:30 AM. Vendors are responsible for setting up and breaking down their own booths. All vendor areas must be kept clean, and vendors must remove any trash before leaving. 2. Booth Requirements Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, canopies, and any necessary setup materials. Booth spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise arranged. Vendors may not obstruct walkways or interfere with other vendor spaces. Informational vendors are encouraged to have a direct connection to Native American health and wellness or demonstrate a commitment to supporting Indigenous communities. 3. Sales, Profit, & Contributions Vendors may sell their merchandise and keep their earnings; however, 5% of the net profit from merchandise sales must be contributed to Pauma Farm to support future events. No alcohol, tobacco, or illegal substances may be sold or distributed. 4. Liability & Responsibility Pauma Farm and event organizers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property. Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, merchandise, and sales transactions. Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. 5. Event Conduct & Compliance Vendors must follow all instructions from event staff and security personnel. Any vendor found in violation of these policies may be asked to leave without refund or further participation in future events. Vendors agree to promote a positive and respectful environment for all attendees. By submitting the Vendor Registration Form, you acknowledge and agree to these Pauma Farm Vendor Policies.
